Our Chicken & Sausage gumbo uses the classic dark brown roux in a true Louisiana Cajun country fashion. We use only the freshest ingredients available to create this delicious Cajun Favorite. Served over rice and delivered with love!
Catfish courtbouillon is a dish consisting of tomato sauce, cream, jalepenos, garlic, onions, and catfish. The ingredients, excluding the catfish, are simmered together in a a pot for at least an hour, until all the flavors blend together and the tomato taste mellows out a bit. Then the catfish go in and the fun begins!!!
Shrimp Sauce Piquant
A shrimp sauce piquant is tomato based using a combination of whole, stewed, sauce and paste, and, uses a small roux. As the name suggests the dish is a little spicy by nature. The Louisiana home style of doing this dish demands that the sauce be cooked a couple of hours on a low fire. it. Served on jasmine rice!
Cajun Red Beans and Rice
Mothers milk to any cajun. And let me tell you we make a mean red beans and rice. Loaded with hot smoked sausage, onions, garlic, peppers, and LOVE. Served over jasmine rice. This one is gonna knock your socks off.

Cajun Seafood Gumbo
Our seafood gumbo is one you will remember. Our gumbo is a dark roux based stock packed with shrimp, crabmeat and oysters and served with (you guessed it) jazmine rice. This one will keep you warm in the winter!
Beautiful Large Shrimp battered in our own seasoned flour mixture and fried to perfection.
We use succulent oysters and coat them in perfectly seasoned white cornmeal and flour and fry them to a light golden brown.
I will venture to say our fried catfish will be some of the best you have every put your mouth on. Seasoned to perfection and coated with cornmeal this one is a must have.
